Dear Friends,
With all the chaos happening in our current world, it can be easy to feel that we need to lean heavily on “doing” energy. As Lazaris has often talked about, though, there is so much magic to be found in “being.” It can be a way to not only replenish our magic when it is feeling depleted, but to allow deeper magic and change in.
Alisonn wrote of her experiences with pause recently in our online discussion community:
An Excerpt from Alisonn’s post:
“When I surrendered to the stillness and that space was created, more of who I really am flooded in like afternoon sunlight and I breathed better than I have in a while. I smiled and I knew: This is what my Soul was wanting. This is why I needed to be still.
In the stillness, I shed something I had been carrying, some invisible but strong coil that had been wrapped tightly around me for too long, perhaps an aspect of my lesser that squeezed me in a snakelike way to get me to stay in a box of who I am not. It wasn’t trying to harm me, it was simply afraid, and I have been unconscious of carrying it for far too long.
I will carry that stillness with me and send it out like a silent beacon to anyone who may also be craving it…”

Pause is like a magical key or pinnacle from which empowered choices can be made, and it is also the most determined step in the strategy of success that Lazaris outlined on New Dimensions of Joy.
Knowing that it is important to take the time to restore our energy so that we can keep working our magic for the world, we wanted to highlight a few titles that focus on stillness and pause:
A Lazaris Blending: A Time to Touch: Healing in the Reverie of Stillness
A Lazaris Blending: Finding Stillness in Chaos; Creating a Pause for Self-Love
Legacy PPV Gathering of Magicians: Rediscovering Strength, Restoring Balance, Healing, One-Day
