Alisonn Rose spent over 30 years shaping and supporting the work of Concept: Synergy, a journey that eventually led her to become its owner and steward. Her path with Lazaris began even earlier, sparked during her college years by a quiet ache for something more — and the hope of something greater.
A devoted caretaker of The Lazaris Material, Alisonn initiates our Zoom Gatherings, a coming together of community of support and healing. She is also a writer, dreamer, photographer, keynote speaker, and wanderer — a conscious reality creator who has always colored outside the lines.

Barbara is a true gift to us. Eric nurtures an intimate relationship to beauty, which is visible in his photography and video editing. He experiences life through a lens of love. Being in the moment comes easy for Eric. It enables him to perceive the beauty that surrounds him, and understand how there is purpose in the placement of even the smallest details. With a gift for piecing together disparate parts to make a whole, Eric is adept at finding harmony everywhere, whether it is through cooking, movement, or imagery. He receives great joy from both the process of creating, as well as the creation itself. The team appreciates how Eric imbues all of his work with beauty, harmony, and his gracious generosity of spirit. He is the quintessential team player!
