I love synchronicities: Just as we were preparing to highlight the work of Being a Champion, one of our online community members shared that he had begun working with this material, inspired by Vancouver. After doing the standalone meditation, he excitedly wrote:

“The times are so chaotic and painful. I am constantly looking for solutions as to how I can personally deal with it. I feel greater authority and stability when I open myself up to the champion within me.”

“In Vancouver, I was both moved and empowered as Lazaris spoke of what to do when I’m deeply impacted by the pain and fear I witness in the crumbling of systems in our world.
