Each year Lazaris offers two wonderful recordings to help guide us through each of the phases and 12 monthly energies of the year. The first of these – the recording for January through August – is now available. Lazaris begins with an introduction and overview of the year, a quick outline of the subtext and the supertext of 2016. Then he focuses on the content of the third and fourth phases of the year. He not only highlights the specific ebbs and flows of the energies of each phase but also makes several suggestions as to how we can best utilize these forces each month. This recording includes Lazaris’ Blendings for Phase 1 and Phase 2.

As always, the Rhythms and Patterns are designed to make us aware of the waxing and waning of the energies of each phase and to help us understand and navigate the ebbs and flows of these energies with elegance and ease. Ultimately, this is so we can utilize the energies, expansive or constrained, for maximum benefit personally and spiritually for our reality and for the world around us.
