Vancouver Illumination #9

Blog: Vancouver Illumination #9

Few will touch the phenomenal power of celebration. Fewer will know its magic or the miracles that can emerge from its mystique.
~ Lazaris, (Vancouver, 2024)

Dear Friends,

Our final Vancouver Illuminations is on the topic of celebration. It feels fitting to have this dovetail with the holiday season and with the anticipation of our release of the first Vancouver event into the Amethyst streaming and Legacy categories, which will happen next month.

It’s easy to look out into the world and say “there is nothing to celebrate.” There is violence and rancor every day, and there is also too much pain and fear. But there is also hope and light … and most of all, there is love.

Lazaris has spoken of our soul’s call to embrace a love that weeps at the unjust and inhumane, and in the next moment, rejoices in the smallest act of human kindness. I think about that a lot these days. The quiet moments of human kindness don’t always occupy the headlines or make the 24-7 news cycle, but they happen, and I celebrate those moments. I think about how this work of flowing love into the world is part of what we came here to do, and I am touched by the tapestry we are weaving together even as so much in the world unravels.

In Unleashing the Mystery and Magic of Celebration, Lazaris talked about how, by unleashing the mystery and magic of celebration, our framework can change, our radiance can shift, and we can respond to the calls of our Great Work. That is so exciting to me!

This recording is only one of an entire year’s worth of recordings from 2009, The Year of Celebration, and there is so much to explore:

The Year of Celebration titles

During the two Vancouver events, Lazaris described celebration as the only “doing” cornerstone. He spoke of the phenomenal power of celebration and how it activates a resonance that is conducive to success and also fuels grace and receiving.

As contradictory as it can sometimes seem, beginning with celebration is an incredible way to work magic because celebration begets celebration, and in its way becomes a generating energy.

As we get close to the end of this year, I celebrate you, fellow magicians, and I look forward to working more magic together.
