It was never meant to be this painful. How often Lazaris has spoken the words, and gently reminded us that although pain is a necessary teacher, we do not have to be constricted by or at sufferance of it.

This meditation, excerpted from the PPV event Birthing a New World: The Mapmaker’s Dream, is one that community members have requested because of the depth of change that they have experienced. When we transcend our pain, we clear the way to do what we are destined to do: consciously build and awaken our individual Mapmaker’s Dream.

When we heal our pain, there is less pain in the world. During the necessary and important phase of destruction our world is currently in, Lazaris explains that it is also time for us to create and build. It is time to create something new, something beautiful. Free of pain, we can discover more of who we really are as well as more of what we can contribute to the world.
