Each year Lazaris offers two wonderful recordings to help guide us through each of the four phases and 12 monthly energies of the year.

The July through December recording begins with an introduction and overview of the year with a quick outline of the subtext and the supertext of 2009.Lazaris then focuses on the content of the third and fourth phases of the year. He not only highlights the specific ebbs and flows of the energies of each phase, but also makes several suggestions as to how we can best utilize these forces each month. This recording includes Lazaris Blendings for Phase 3 and Phase 4.

As always, the Rhythms and Patterns are designed to make us aware of the waxing and waning of the energies of each phase and to help us understand and navigate the ebbs and flows of these energies with elegance and ease, so we can utilize the energies — expansive or constrained — to maximum benefit personally and spiritually for our reality and in the world around us.
