Healing in the City is about healing not just the pain in any particular set and setting but healing pain – for it begins with each person healing their own pain, because as Lazaris points out: Nothing changes until you do. Start healing your pain. Then you can start healing a city’s pain. And a nation’s pain, and a world’s pain.

In this workshop, Lazaris describes pain as a parasite that separates you from yourself, your Higher Self and Soul, and those who love you. And in his incredibly beautiful and tender way, he speaks of healing the pain so that there can be the “blossoming of the love.”
