In this blending with Lazaris, we begin by finding our balance. Centered, we step into hope and let go of the binding emotions that constrict or imprison … the confusion, uncertainty, worry, depression, fear … let go of the constrictions that are known. Then, with permission, Lazaris also extracts what is binding or imprisoning that we don’t know. Beyond these constrictions, we open to the expansive feelings … to well-being, contentment, love and its freedom …and then we create an elixir of magic together. Into this cauldron of imagination, we flow our hope for 33 seconds, and then our love for another 33 seconds. Then we drink the magic and allow the restoration and healing.
