This is Lazaris’ enchanting four-week process (take longer if you like) for loving better and more deeply. First we explore why we are afraid to love, using a micromeditation that involves a visualization of a corridor that goes to infinity. Then we uncover our core fear about loving; it will be humiliation, rejection, abandonment or betrayal, and it will have left scars that interfere with our depth of feeling. In meditation, Lazaris wraps us in his light and takes us to the Vat of Healing where the scars of our core fear are taken away. Lazaris uses writing techniques, a fire ritual to release fears, and a meditation in which the love of God / Goddess / All That Is rains down on us. From an alchemy of disparate techniques arises a magical synergy that leaves us experiencing a greatly deepened capacity to love. (30 mins)
