Listen to Self-Confidence to prepare your subconscious mind for the Self-Awareness meditation. After listening to both meditations in the suggested pattern, you will be able to experience true self-confidence as a result of reduced anxiety, and a self-awareness that comes from relaxed self-acceptance.
Work with Self-Confidence, either awake or asleep, twice a day for 7 consecutive days. This 7-day cycle will establish the positive programming in your subconscious mind. After the 7-day cycle, work with Self-Awareness, either awake or asleep, twice a day for 7 consecutive days. This will set your awareness, program your subconscious mind, and reinforce the Self-Confidence programming from the week before.
Following this procedure, work with either meditation as needed and desired. At times when your confidence and/or awareness is particularly low, repeat the initial 14-day procedure.
