For most effective use, listen to either meditation twice a day for 7 consecutive days to establish positive patterns in your subconscious mind. The meditations can be worked with while awake or as you drift off into sleep.
Once you complete one 7-day cycle, repeat it, using the other title. This will establish the program so that it is a part of you.
After completing the two 7-day cycles, use as needed. During times of intense fear, worry or stress, listen to the appropriate meditation twice a day for 7 days.
