Return Policy

For CDs, books or talismans:

These items are not returnable unless:

a) The product is defective, in which case you will need to call to receive a Return Authorization Number, or;

b) you have special circumstances, in which case you will need to call and explain them, and if a return is approved, you will receive authorization to return the product or to receive a credit or refund.

For live or pay-per-view workshop registrations:

The return/credit/refund policy varies with each workshop. The terms are defined for each workshop with the description of the specific workshop that you purchased. Generally there is a non-refundable fee ($10.00 for Evening events; $50.00 for longer events) or a transfer fee ($10.00 for Evening events; $25.00 for longer events). After that deduction, the remaining amount can be refunded or applied to another event unless there is a specific cut-off date in which case there are no refunds. If there is a cut-off date, it will be defined with the event description. There are no refunds for special events.

For downloads:

Downloads are non-refundable. If you experience technical difficulties with a particular download, let us know and we will either reactivate the file so the title can be re-downloaded, or a credit will be put on your file that you can use for an alternative download.

For streaming:

Streaming subscriptions are charged either on a monthly or annual basis. As long as you cancel your streaming subscription before the automatic renewal date your subscription will be cancelled and your credit card will not be charged again. If you cancel your subscription before the next payment is due such that you incur a credit, a credit coupon will be automatically generated and emailed to you that you can then use toward the purchase of a download or workshop registration.
