Q. What are the system requirements for streaming from the Lazaris Online Library?


A. For the highest quality streaming performance of The Lazaris Material OnLine Library we suggest the following:

Streaming will now happen via a Flash player instead of Windows Media Player. The Flash player is free and comes with most computers. It is the most used media player in the world, and with it we expect you will have a better streaming experience. In order to improve the streaming experience, our new service will only work with broadband connections, not dial-up connections.

Q. How do I navigate the streaming subscription service?

You go to the listing of titles in our online shopping cart or click here. Click the title you want from the list, and then click on the "stream broadband" or "stream dial-up" button depending on which kind of Internet connection you have.

Q. Why do I need a user name and password?

You will need a user name and password because the password ensures that only you can access your streaming account. This information is stored separately from any Forum or Shopping Cart username and password you may have.

Q. How is my personal information kept secure?


A. Personal information for both Streaming Subscriptions is stored in an encrypted database and is behind a firewall.

Q. How much does a membership to the Lazaris Material OnLine Library cost?


A.  It is $24.95 a month for unlimited streaming of the Lazaris Material in the Library.  The unlimited streaming is automatically billed on a monthly basis. With streaming, you can listen at your computer and at any other computer that you have access to (via your notebook computer, another desktop in your home, or from an Internet cafe or other access point).

Q. Does streaming take up hard drive space?

A. Streaming takes up hard drive space temporarily while you are listening to the audio or video stream. When you exit your media player, this space will be available for other use on your computer.

Q. Do I need a credit card to sign up for the Lazaris Material OnLine Library?


A. Yes.

The Lazaris Material OnLine Library is a subscription service and you will need a valid Visa, Mastercard or Discover card to subscribe. If you want to change the credit card you are using for your monthly subscription please call our office at 407-876-4973 or 800-678-3456.

Q. Is there a limit to how much I can listen to?


A. No.   You can stream (listen on your computer) for as many hours as you would like every month. You can play what you want, when you want, as often as you want.

Q. Do I need a broadband Internet connection?

A. For streaming in the Lazaris Library, you can either use a dial-up connection or a broadband connection. We have prepared two sets of audio files, one best-suited for broadband and another best-suited for dial-up. With broadband you will hear a higher-quality recording (64kps) with less potential interruptions (due to Internet traffic). With your dial-up connection you will get the 20kps files and for the most part you should have a very good listening experience.

We recommend using a broadband connection with The Lazaris Material OnLine Library to get a quality listening experience without interruptions. Dial-up members can use our service and listen at 20Kbps, but may experience listening interruptions due to Internet congestion and the limits of lower speeds with narrowband connections.

Q. For my streaming subscription what is the company name that will appear on my credit card statement for The Lazaris Material OnLine Library?

A. The name that will be on your billing statement will be Concept Synergy.

Q. What do I do if I want to cancel my membership to the streaming service?

A. In order to cancel your membership, simply email us at Conceptsynergy@Lazaris.com to let us know and we will process the cancellation. You will receive a cancellation confirmation email when your account is cancelled.

You will be able to continue to access the site until the end of your current billing period. If you wish to re-activate your subscription after that please email us and let us know.


Q. What is your refund policy?

A. As stated in the Terms & Conditions, when a member requests cancellation, subscription fees are not refunded for the monthly billing period that is currently in cycle. However, your credit card will not be billed for the next billing cycle.

Q. Can I use a Mac with these services?

A. Our Streaming media files are not supported on the Mac operating systems.    However, it will work on the new (Intel based) Macs if you are using Parallel Desktop or Boot Camp (or other software for the Mac that allows you to load Windows on your Mac) and if you have Windows installed on your Mac.
