A: For the highest quality streaming performance we suggest the following:

Any Mac or PC or any of the Apple mobile devices (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch) and many other digital mobile devices (Android phones, etc.). The newer and more powerful the computer or mobile device you're using, the smoother the streaming experience will be.

A good quality broadband Internet connection. The faster your broadband connection the smoother and higher quality your streaming experience will be. This applies especially to the video files which will benefit the most from fast broadband speeds.

A:  To sign up for our streaming service please call our office at 407-876-4973 or 800-678-2356, or email us at ConceptSynergy@Lazaris.com and let us know you'd like to subscribe. We will need the following information:

- The password you are requesting Your password will need to be between 4 and 8 characters, and it will be case sensitive.Your username will be your email address.

- Billing information: If you would like us to use your credit card on file, simply mention that in the email. If you would like to use a different credit card, please call our office.

A:  Once you are signed up for the service (see above) you simply go to the listing of titles in our online shopping cart: http://shop.lazaris.com

1. Pick the title you want to stream and click on the streaming button. You will be asked for your username and password.

2. Enter your username and password, and the title will begin to play.

3. You can stream from any computer or Apple mobile device (and many other digital mobile devices including Android phones, etc) with a broadband internet connection using your username and password by going to our website: http://shop.lazaris.com

Q:  Why do I need a username and password?   (back to top)

A:  You will need a username and password because the password ensures that only you can access your streaming account. This information is stored separately from any Forum or Shopping Cart username and password you may already have.

Q:  How much does a membership to the Lazaris Material OnLine Library cost?   (back to top)

A:   The cost is $24.95 a month for unlimited streaming of the Lazaris Material in the OnLine Library. The unlimited streaming is automatically billed on a monthly basis. With streaming, you can play any of the titles on any Mac or PC computer or Apple mobile device (and many other digital mobile devices including Android phones).

A:    Streaming takes up hard drive space (or mobile device storage) temporarily while you are connected to the audio or video stream. When you exit your browser, this hard drive space will be available for other uses on your computer.

Q:  What should I do if I forget my username or password for my streaming subscription?    (back to top)

A:  On the Sign In page, click on the link that says "Forgot your password?" You will be asked to fill in your email address, and then your password will be emailed to you. To get to this Sign In page, just click a Stream button on any product in the shopping cart.

Q:  Is there a limit to how much I can stream?    (back to top)

A:   No. You can stream (listen or watch) as many hours as you would like every month. You can play what you want, when you want, as often as you want.

A:   Yes. It is available worldwide.

Q:  What do I do if I want to cancel my membership to the streaming service?   (back to top)

A:  To cancel your membership, simply email us at Conceptsynergy@Lazaris.com to let us know, and we will process the cancellation. You will receive a cancellation confirmation email when your account is cancelled.

You will be able to continue to access the site until the end of your current billing period. If you wish to re-activate your subscription after that, just begin streaming any title and reenter your billing information.

A:  As stated in the Terms & Conditions, when a member requests a cancellation to the streaming service, subscription fees are not refunded for the monthly billing period that is currently in cycle. However, your credit card will not be billed for the next billing cycle or thereafter.

 

 


 

 

 

Lazaris holds seminars primarily in Los Angeles and San Francisco, California as well as in Orlando, Florida with other special locations sometimes added into the schedule each year.  In addition to the seminars, there are new recordings released throughout the year.
