Lazaris has us begin this set by using the Self-Confidence meditation. Then when we get to the Self-Awareness meditation, we are mentally prepared in such a way that the Self-Awareness "program" is set in our Subconscious Mind -- reinforcing the Self-Confidence programming we did in the beginning. The result is greatly reduced anxiety that comes from real Self-Confidence, and a relaxed, self-accepting kind of Self-Awareness. The Red Label Series is a very special series of meditations from Lazaris. Each title contains two topics which work together, and for each Lazaris gives a days-on/days-off formula for listening which follows the pattern with which your subconscious works most effectively in creating change. Though they are not subliminal recordings, once you have listened to them consciously, many may be used at night while you're asleep. Each title consists of two 30-minute meditations.
It is suggested that you begin with Self-Confidence and work with this recording two times a day for seven consecutive days. You can sit up and meditate or use the recording as a powerful sleep programming recording. This seven-day cycle will set the positive programming in your Subconscious Mind.
Switch to the Self-Awareness recording and follow the same schedule of two times a day for seven consecutive days. This will set the Awareness programing your Subconscious Mind, and it will reinforce the Self-Confidence programming from the week before.
Following this procedure. you can use the two recordings interspersed as needed and desired. At times when your confidence and/or awareness is particularly low, it is suggested that you use the Self-Confidence recording for seven days – that is, repeat the initial 14-day procedure.
