For so long, women have suffered an immeasurable amount of both physical and emotional pain, and virtually nothing has been done to correct an intolerable problem. In response, Lazaris created this two-part set. Part I is used in meditation during the weeks between periods to align energy. It is used twice a week, but many women listen to it more often because the meditation is so beautiful. Part 2 is used once a period has begun, and not only alleviates pain but also carries a special joy in its connection with the Goddess energy. Both parts contain Trigger Mechanisms that allow us to access the power of the meditations 24 hours a day.
