"An Invitation to Magicians"

An Invitation to Magicians

This evening (Wednesday) I was talking with a dear friend about the final meditation from the most current workshop: The Great Work: Reuniting Human and Faerie Magicians. Though my details were sketchy, she suggested that it might be neat to share this meditation through email so that others who were not at the workshop could participate in this working of magic.

“After all, time is an illusion, so even after the event, we can still all participate in the magic,” she pointed out.

“Exactly,” I said excitedly and went about collecting more details to be able to give a fuller description. It goes like this . . .

Entering our safe place, we journey to a sacred place where magicians gather. In the workshop, this was in faerie realm, but in a more generic way, it is better said that we, as magicians, travel to a sacred place where magicians gather. This is a place where a Congress of Magicians can come together in union for a powerful working of magic.

We greet the others who gather there and then create a circle or an elliptic of magic. Within that august magician’s round, two beams of light lift from the Earth and descend from the heavens. Each is a sentinel of magic. Each sentinel radiates a domain of magic. Where these two domains overlap is the “energy between.”

We enter that energy between and then . . .

We first go to the area of Israel/Palestine and with permission ask people if we may siphon off some of the energy of pain, rage, hate, and violence. We then transmuted, transformed, and released that energy with its intensity, into wisdom, maybe not love but caring, calm, and hope. In its current state (pain, rage, hate, and violence) as terrible as it is, it is still energy in formation. We can change the formation to create the energy in a different formation. In this case we change it into the energy of wisdom caring, calm, and hope. Also Lazaris points out that, “we need not seek a solution; instead create the resonance of resolution.” We can see the energy in its new formation begin to register with people: with children and adolescents with their distinctive intensity. We see it showing up on their faces and in their eyes. We see the recognition and realization showing up with the grown-ups (the young, the old, and those in between). We see the recognition in the faces, minds, and hearts of some of the leaders, too.

Then we go to Iraq. With permission of the people, there we siphon off violence, blame, hate, and rage and transmute/transform that formation into the formation of peace, calm, understanding, and hope. We also allow ourselves to see the signs of recognition and realization in the faces of the people.

Third, we are off to Korea. There we repeat the working of magic by siphoning off suspicion, the sense of diminished pride, the disrespect for their tradition and heritage, and the insanity and stupidity. We transmute/transform that energy formation into dignity, pride of a proud people, respect, and vitality. As with Israel/Palestine and Iraq, we don’t look for solution but rather we focus on creating the resonance of resolution. Again we see individuals here and there responding to the light.

After visiting these three locations, the fourth part of the meditation involves creating a beautiful matrix of protection . . . it involves creating four anchors out of which emerge light. The light lifts and spreads. The light blossoms. The light becomes like four “thousand-petaled lotuses” forming a canopy over the United States and then spreading north over Canada, south over Mexico and Central/South America, to the west over the Pacific and to the east over the Atlantic.

There are four anchor cities: Philadelphia, Chicago, Dallas/Ft. Worth, and Los Angeles. Lazaris points out that he doesn’t mean to imply that terrorism will definitely happen in one of those cities, but he suggests that they are anchors: Philadelphia (freedom), Chicago (the heartland), Dallas/Ft. Worth (deep south), and Los Angeles (the new city).

Some of us travel to each of these cities and create the magic of the light lifting, spreading, blossoming, and becoming the lotus of protection.

And then we return to our circle or elliptic of magic, and then we return to our safe place and back to our world.

It was an amazing magical experience. So I share its details here and offer an invitation: If you would like to begin participating with us or if you would like to continue participating . . . welcome.

Much love,

Jach
