All the meditations are there - you can instantly skip to the one you're in the mood to go on. Now when you buy a fully loaded Lazaris Material iPod you'll have the choice to have it professionally backed up to a small external usb hard drive. In this way when your shiny new iPod arrives you can start using it immediately knowing you have a good working backup copy.
