Energy Visualization - from Sirius Connection Workbook

On previous occasions we have talked about the influx of electromagnetic energy. This technique is built upon that phenomenon that is so prevalent in this most monumental decade and that will be increasingly prevalent in the new millennium with its positive future of dreams and its Virgin Future of magic and miracles.

For several years, we have talked of this increase in electromagnetic energy. Its purpose: to augment imagination, creativity, intuition, and wisdom. Each of these components is an essential building block of the positive future of dreams. The electromagnetic energy stimulates the temporal lobes and triggers electrical and chemical reactions within the cerebrum and within the limbic brain. Such stimulation also triggers new frequencies of vibration around the hypothalamus gland and within the intense concentration of neurotransmitters and neuroreceptors within the midbrain.

However, such energy needs to be utilized - consciously utilized. Unattended, this same electromagnetic energy can trigger tectonic activity - earthquakes and volcanoes. It can trigger seemingly attacking and unrelenting weather conditions - massive and excessive storms and bizarre weather conditions - as you have been experiencing over the last several years. Unattended, this electromagnetic activity can trigger emotional outbursts and violence. This, too, has been too evident and tragically painful in your current world.

This same electromagnetic energy that can be so helpful in your growing, changing, and evolving can also precipitate so much tragedy, sadness, and sorrow. And this energy is increasing as the years of this decade unfold. The influx increases and accelerates.

Technique: Imagine a beam of light coming down to touch your scalp. Sense it come through the skin, through the bone, into the brain, through the cerebral cortex, that 1/4" layer, through the cerebrum - that mousse-like substance - into the limbic brain, into the emotional center. Imagine this beam of light coming in through the top of your head into the limbic brain, and simultaneously arcing up and out in those two directions. Coming into the center of the brain, and then arcing, coming out the temporal lobes. Sense the energy coming in and then arcing out, simultaneously arcing out.

You can do this technique as desired to generate greater imagination, creativity, intuition, and wisdom. You can also use this technique when the electromagnetic energy is particularly high. Listen to the news. At times of heavy storms, tornadoes, hurricanes, horrific wind storms - or at times of unusual storms, excessive cold or excessive heat - use this technique to benefit yourself and to siphon off the excess energy and generate relief for those of your world.

During times of tectonic activity or at times of great social unrest, you can siphon off or funnel off this energy to the benefit of all. It is a phenomenally powerful way to work with the world around you and to add to your growth, change, and evolution.

Now a variation: Reverse it, so that there are two energies, one on either side, coming into the very root of your brain, coming in through your left and right temples, through your left and right temporal lobes, coming together, joining and bonding in the limbic brain - and then, in a moment, shooting out of the top of your head.

When it comes in through the top of your head, it arcs out gently in both directions. It is a gentle movement of energy. When you reverse it, it comes in through the sides of your head, coming to this point of convergence, and then shoots out of the top of your head very rapidly, very explosively.

Now we must warn you, this technique is one way to get out of your body. So sometimes when you shoot the energy out of the top of your head, your consciousness may go with it. OOBE: Out-of-body experience. . {laughter} . So don't be surprised if you are no longer in your body. You'll come back. You will come back. You may not always get out of your body, but if you do, you will always come back. You will come back, absolutely so.

Staying in your body or leaving it for awhile, the exercise works to continue your never-ending preparation, and it expands your imagination and creativity to work with the unfolding Light and Information. It expands your intuition and wisdom to work with the Light Information and the Information Light.
