Q: Can I enlarge the Windows Media Player to full screen?
A: Depending on the video stream you are watching (Standard Video Broadband or High-Speed Video Broadband) this internet streaming broadcast for the most part is geared to be seen on your computer screen in either a small-sized window (320 x 240) or much larger (640 x 480) window.
With the new High Speed Video streaming link that is being offered for these PPV events the image will appear much larger on your computer screen. You can make the video appear full screen and depending on the size of your computer screen - you should be able to enjoy the workshop at this size. (you still might have to sit back a bit further from your screen so the image can appear clearer).
With these new high speed versions of the workshop you also now have the option to connect your computer (desktop or laptop) to your t.v. and enjoy the workshop in the comfort of your favorite couch. Many people have reported that they are connecting the sound from their computers to their home theater systems and are enjoying the workshops with the much improved home theater sound systems.
Q. When do I have to purchase my ticket?
A. We recommend you purchase your ticket as soon as possible. This will ensure that if you have any technical problems we will have time to help you. You can purchase your ticket anytime during the broadcast up until the event has finished.
Q. How do we handle a situation where a group of friends gather to watch this workshop on my computer?
A. Each computer used will need to purchase a ticket for the PPV Event with Lazaris. Should there be additional attendees gathering for this workshop at your computer, please call the Concept:Synergy office and have each person register and pay for the workshop.
We ask that people do the honorable thing and purchase one ticket per person. We realize that some of you may want to participate in this OnLine Workshop with Lazaris by gathering with a small group of friends. Even though attendance at the OnLine Workshop will require one ticket for one computer, we ask that you do the honorable thing when purchasing your ticket and call the Concept: Synergy office for any additional attendees. 407-876-4973. Thank you.
Q. Can I watch this event with a dial up connection?
A. This event cannot be viewed with an Internet dial up connection. We've provided the links below to test your computer and your connection. When you click one of the links below Windows Media should come up and play the file. If you are using a Mac and have the Flip4Mac plugin for QuickTime you should be fine.

Q. What are the computer system requirements for this type of workshop?
A. For the highest quality online experience, we suggest the following:
A PC with Windows XP or Vista. Each of these versions of Windows would need Windows Media Player installed (preferably version 11 or the latest one available for the operating system). Overall, the faster and more powerful your computer - the better your online workshop experience should be.The online workshops now work with a Mac.
Macintosh: A Mac running Tiger or Leopard should be fine. Make sure you've downloaded and installed the Flip4Mac Windows Media Plugin for QuickTime. Try the test clip on the main workshop flyer page (or this page) to make sure your Windows Media Player components are set up properly.
The latest software to play Windows Media files on your Mac can be found at this link. This link will take you to a website where you can download "Flip4Mac" Windows Media Compenents for QuickTime. This will allow your QuickTime Player to play Windows Media content.
Q. If I don't have Windows Media Player 11, how do I get it?
A. Microsoft supplies Windows Media Player 11 for Windows PCs free of charge. If you are not sure if you have this program, go to the link below and install it. If you are using another multimedia program on your machine, this installation will make sure that Windows Media Player will come up when you attend the workshop. (It will become your default multimedia program. You can change this default later if you want.) To download this program, you can use this link:
This is the new link to download the software to play Windows Media files on the Mac. Flip4Mac is the one that will be offering the downloads for it and support, etc.
